I owned the American Audio Q-Spand and it was working fine. When I went to use it again, I turned on the mixer and it made a humming sound to my speakers. There were no audio sources on at the time. The green LEDs on my dB meter lit up. About 10 seconds later, it died out on me.

Did anyone ever had this kind of problem on their mixer?
