Hey y'all

I gotta question. So I have a silver Q Spand mixer...its on the older side close to about 4 years actually. Everything is stil in total workin condition so no complaints in fact its almost like its never been used before..I take good care of my gear! Anyway, I do have one question. Whenever I use a wireless mic (even if its a higher end one) I seem to have problems with the mics. If I use mic input one the on on the face of the mixer and have the gain all the way down on the mic reciever even if i turn the volume up a tiny bit on the mixer I get this crazy hot signal. Also the sound quality of the microphone it just sounds werid. My voice isnt clear and playin the the Treble and Bass for the mic doesnt realy seem to help the problem. I have not tried using the mic in mic input 2 or 3 even but do you think maybe the mic input on the mixer is faulty or is it time for anew mixer maybe? I dunno whadya guys think?

I would try the other mic inputs first.

If that doesn't work, treat yourself to a new mixer! Smiler Go on, you've earned it!

I have what sounds like the same exact mixer and have no problems with the mic inputs. Try different mic cords and definitely the other inputs.
