For the last few months I have had problems with my ProScratch 2's. I seems that they are having a hard time reading my CD's. I have even tried new CD's. When I place a CD in them it seem that the laser is searching. Then the display says "No Disc". I like my CD player but I have unsatisfied with some of the functions. I would love to save some of my cue point on my player but a lot of times I have to do a master reset to get them to read CDs. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do. I stay booked on the weekend so I am scared to send them off. Because I would have to have them by the next Friday. Any Suggestions.

Contact customer support at 800 322 6337. There is a fix for that particular issue, but they need to be sent in.
