I recently bought a set of ps2's and a q-mixer. So far I'm only half impressed because one of my players doesn't cue up on its own. You have to hit the scratch effects button to get it to cue up. My search knob doesn't work. The pitch percentage only changes when "it" wants to. The only thing that will impress me is how fast they can get it back to me when I overnight it out and if it is permanently fixed. I've only had this system for a month and it started having problems the first week.

Hi there Skooby,
The support department is great, and always has a fast turnaround. Where are you at in PA? Maybe I can help you out. I live in the Pocono's, and work in Bethlehem. Maybe I can swing by sometime and help you out.

I don't know what you mean by "hit the scratch button".

you must wait for at least two bars of the buffer to light up before you can use the search knob.

Hey Skooby the customer service is excellent. As far as what your system problems are I don't really understand. Chis made a good point and maybe you should give yourself time to learn the cd players and see what you can and can't do. That buffer time for the memory does take a few seconds. Just give yourself time to learn the in's and out's of your players and you will be impressed. Cool

when I insert the disc it will sit there and do nothing. I've let the player try to cue up for 10 minutes already, and it will do nothing until I hit the button that lets you scratch. as far as searching the song, it won't do it at all. Also at the top of the LCD screen where it shows you what effects are enabled the numbers 2 and 3 are always lit even when I don't have any effects going. DJ Stevie, I live outside of the York area.

In that case it might need to be replaced.
