Yes, it have individual curve for all three faders/crossfader (it got the 3 knob, becouse it got 2 channel + 1 crossfader)
But it have not the SPLIT.
I mean: the split is a function that allow to hear separate two song on the headphones, I mean you will hear one song only from Left side of the headphone and one song only from the Right side of the headphone. Isn't it?
And this function is used to match and sync the bpm of two songs.

You are right....

It doesn't have a split cue. One channel in one ear...Usually Master in the right, and pfl in the left. But you can listen to both channel one and 2 simultaneously, or you can listen to either channel, and a mix of the master.
