The buttons are stiking on the cue drive and the beat juggle mode wants to hesitate....The unit is a year old and the performance has dropped dramatically. The unit is clean and I sent it to be serviced and it came back almost in the same condition....One of the drives was fixed however the buttons started sticking and breaking .....The left cue doesnt work at all.....I love the american dj dcd 1000 however ...I am a professional jockey and I need performance weekend and week out....the model is a good design but the workmanship is kinda cheap...Sending the unit to american audio to repair my unit is becoming expensive. Please help me!

I sent the cd player to american dj for them to service the piece. I just wanted the unit working back at factory specs..
