I almost became the "bad guy" at a wedding
anniversary last Saturday. A guest was planned to
sing a song along with his CD---thing is, it was
a 3" one...damn thing doesnt work on a PS2.
(These are the little surprises in life you love.)
I'm guessing it probably doesnt work on a
Peoneer or a Demon either since they
are also the car slot CD's playahs as well.

Luckily somebody had a computer and I also
luckily had a stereo 1/8 to RCA cable that
I ran to the mixer.

Question---is there an adapter that will work
in order to use the PS2 type of player for 3"?

I've never heard of such a thing. But a cheap solution would be to always a have a discman ready. Most of them play 3in cds with no problem.

No there isn't, the manual clearly states not to use 3" discs or any form of adapter. Even if something like that did exist, I wouldn't feel comfortable slipping in anything other than a regular sized CD.
