Hi all,

I have the QD5 mixer. It's a great mixer but the Rec out (left and right ) died recently. I'm sure it may be a loose connection, but I'm scared to open it up as it may void the warranty. Also I live in canada so shipping it to be fixed would be more $$$. Should I go ahead and do this?

Contact your customer service rep. before you open your gear up. You don't want to make it worse.
