DJ Skilz is no longer with American DJ/American Audio. If anyone would like to say thank you and/or goodbye to an old friend, please do so here.

I just want to take a moment and chime in. If not for Skilz who as we all know has become a true brother to me in the time we've known each other, I probably would not have supported the american line as much as I have and still continue to do as I am involved in other avenues of the business.
I wish I had the time to contribute to the boards as I once did, but my time is very limited. I have become great friends with many of you, some on a more personal level (Bill, Stevie, Rhue-b-one and more!!!) and some on a sarcasm post level.
I unlike Skilz was never officially an American "employee" until my short (really short) venture as a Sales Rep, which in turn spawned my most recent (if 3 years is recent) opportunity.
I have Skilz, and the entire family at ADJ to thank for that, cause without their help I probably wound not have had the exposure to be where I am today.

Let it be known to all here, Skilz is one stand up guy, very honest, hard working (unless setting up or breaking down is involved Smiler ) and a damn good master chief. Eventually one has to move on to do what's best for himself, every single one of us has done so at some point in our life. And from a business perspective ADJ has to do the right thing for the budget, and for keeping things in check. Skilz is a true DJ, not only a scratch dj as some people view him as, and American Audio is marketing mainly to the mobile/club client vs. the turntablist. With his new venture into the association of sponsors he now has, things can only move forward in the most positive of ways.
He knows I have his back no matter what, and wish him nothing but continued success.

To all of you here,
Thank you

Skilz, You know I was just kidding with the "too cool to hang with us line". Kein, it was great hearing from you again. I miss the old gang hanging out here like once upon a time. But time changes. Our friendship will always be there though. And Insomniac is right, we need to schedule one hell of a kick butt Online Halo party!

Skilz, thanks for all the good times. I hope you take time to enjoy every new opportunity that lies ahead for you. We all appreciated the time you took to help us and explain the art. I came to this forum with a lot of questions as a new dj, and was amazed when I received an answer from THE "DJ Skilz". I enjoyed Scratch Freak Vol 1, especially "War on Video Games". Keep up the great work.

Best wishes and Good luck...you will be missed, but never forgotten.

P.S I own a QD5, but I still can't mix like you Wink
