does your site have pop up ads as it is? if you take them off, you may violate your terms of agreement with your website provider, and they can get pretty nasty that way plus they can sue you. if you are not, then that might work, i dk i have never used a pop up blocker but it looks like a good guess, u can buy software that does that, though Smiler -jay

what site host are you using
i used angelfire, and put a pop up block script on and they got ****** and took it off and made it so they cant be taken down
and yeah it will violate your TOS
so be carefull ue em for like a day or 2 and then take em off for a day
change it often so they dont catch on
FWIW: it took em only 4 days to find mine

If ur Hosted site has no problems with Popups mail me at danial_j@hotmail.com and ill write u a script to get those annoying things away! Smiler

BC,
While you were coding your site, the ads popped up? Or while you were viewing it? And is it just your site?
I'm asking because I installed a piece of software (WinMX), and right after that, anytime I start IE, I got mad popup ads.
I used a program called AdAware to scrub it out.

But like JayG and Az said, if you block the pop-ups, your host may drop you.

well when i clicked the "DONE EDITING Page" button then they swarmed in.
and to my web page has never dropped me the only thing that does drop me is AOL oops! or do i mean AOHell! Big Grin . my bandwith is hardly ever is used or taken up, and the the last time that i've edited my page it didn't have any popups/under.
---------
I'm about ready to find a new server for my site & although if i find the java, scripting that does this i'll most likely delete that section and keep the server that i'm on.
