Yeah, good flick. Great battle scenes. I can't wait until Christmas when it comes out on DVD, and I can spend an entire Saturday watching 1-6. Smiler

I'm gonna run a marathon on the 65" Big Grin

The movie wasn't bad...but I was dissappointed, wanted to see more of what happened from after Anakin turning to when he was capturing Lea's ship. It seems like a mighty big 20 year plot hole.

Yeah I saw it on Friday. I have to agree, the movie was good, the effects and fight-scenes were absolutely awesome, but the story was rushed a bit towards the end. Although I didn't mind the rushing, i mean if it took any longer it would probably end up like the ending to Lord Of Rings 3.....long and booooring!!!

IMHO I thought the acting in general was very poor and not very convincing especially the Anakin character, he was pretty agro during it all but he was very cardboard-like and lacked any real emotion during the darkside turning cycle. Also the dialog between Padme and Anakin was cr@pola like it was written by a love-sick teenager.

On the flipside the best performance without doubt would have to be Chewie, despite the lack of vocabulary, I think his performance held the movie together ;-))

Despite all this its still probably the best of the 3 prequels and will definately be on my Christmas list.

ROQ out.

Agreed. Padame couldn't act her way out of a paperbag in a rainstorm.
Obi-Wan was the second best actor in the movie. Smiler
