(First of all, I don't know where this should go?)

I have an American DJ Mister Kool Fog machine and the fog is blowing out the rear; not the front. It's like the fan is working in reverse.

What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Is the fan actually working at all? If the fan does not come on, then the smoke will come out the back through the vents. I can't imagine that the fan was installed backwards.

I do not own one of these units but is it possible that the fan blade is installed backwards?

I took the machine apart and reversed the fan. Now it is blowing the correct way. I don't know why it was backwards?
