I have 6 dj spot 250's i'm looking to get cases for. I dont want to purchase the actual ones from adj cause i'm cheap. Anyone have any less expensive alternatives? I know home depot has these huuge tubs with wheels and handles that I should be able to fit 2 in each... anyone have any experience with these or have any other suggestions thanks.

I used to own a pair of Mx-1s and I put them in one of those things from home depot and lined the edges with foam,if you just put the lights in the regular case with out foam/cushioning you should be able to fit 2, it my be tricky with foam tho, you should buy 1 and see if they fit, if it doesnt then just return it.

Can you mount the dj spot on a tbar?(one on each side) or do you have to use trussing?

you can mount them on a t bar i would just make sure you distribute the weight evenly and sand bag the base of the stand
