About how long does it take for a newly registered product's points to be credited to my account? Is there some step i'm missing?

I registered a new cosmic and minifog online, so how long should it be until i see that credit?

also, who do i go to for getting a card fixed? My name is spelled wrong on the card, but the account info online is correct.

Ok, nevermind, i found all the stuff at the ADV Advangage pages.

I ordered something from the ADJ Advantage, over a few months ago, and I still haven't gottten it. Already deducted the points ?
