i've always liked the various remixes of 'like a prayer', but my favorite track is felix da housecats rework of 'die another day'. a great general party track is 'holiday'.

its interesting to see the difference between the mobile DJs like myself and the club djs, and what songs come to mind when we say madonna, the songs we use at parties when madonna is requested prob would not go over well in most clubs, same as a club remix of madonna most likely will not go over well at weddings, (there are exceptions though, just stating the point though)
