Okay, I need a bunch of music and have a bunch of money to spend! What are the main 100 artists and albums I should get. Well maybe not 100, but what are the essentials?

First off ask yourself ....
1. What type of music do you want to play...hip hop, trance....ect
2. Check out the playlist on your local radio station that plays that style music.
3. Check out some of the different music services and get a subscription...some have back issues you can purchase for a limited time. Usually those cd's are cheaper too.
4. Get on the internet and buy a few mp3's and download. Make your own compolations...
That is just a start..

Depends on your style of music. While diversity is a good thing the two major styles that djing cna be seperated into is Electronic Dance Music and Hiphop(YUK! and the rest of the bubblegum music).

I spin trance/progressive, house, tribal and hard trance, depending on the place, time and mood.

P.S before all you kids and armymen come after me for dissing hiphop, I like to state that Hiphop is not Rap (2pac is good rap not chingy!) and i think it stinks (booty stinks)!

There are armymens in here....???? The Marines will take care of that real quick
