Well, you'll need a computer with a decent sound card, a CD burner, and some kind of audio recording software to start.
Hook up the output of you mixer into the Line-In (or input) of you sound card. You may need an adapter or two to make it work.
Run you audio recording software (Sound Forge, ACID, Cakewalk, etc), and set it to record from the Line-In (input) of your sound card. Now, whatever you play on your decks will be recorded, as one continous track. You're only limited by how much free hard drive space you have. As a raw WAV file, roughly 1 minute of music takes up 10MB of space.
Once you are done playing, and you have your WAV file saved, go into your CD burning software (Nero, EZ CD Creator, etc), and make an Audio CD, and use that WAV file as the content.

[These are very broad general steps to take. Your individial setup, software, and results will vary]

We've covered this a couple of times, try doing a search on the forum for 'recording' or 'CD burning', or similar.

Good luck!

I purchased an ULTIMIX CD after reading your recomendation, I was pleased. The songs are NOT MIXED into one track, they are individual remixes. If you want a "mix" of songs, you may want to look for "medely mix" or medely's. Enjoy :-)

At most music stores they have a section of "mix" CD's. The most popular of these are the Loui Devito NY Underground series. Your best bet though is to make the mix CD's yourself. My personally I don't take breaks, or if I need to run to the bathroom, I will drop 2 tracks into the computer and let it run the mix for me. There are a few decent programs available for this.
