Corbett,
A X-Mas party is pretty much just like any other mixed crowd event (ie Wedding, corporate party, ect.). Except you play alot of X-mas music during the Coxtail/Dinner hours. I would however save....
The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting....) - by either Nat King Cole, or Luther Vandross and.....
White Christmas - Michael Bolton, Frank Sinatra, or Bing Crosby

For later in the evening for people to slow dance to.

2 More things....
1) Make sure it is a "Christmas Party" and not a "Holiday Party" before going to nuts on Christmas songs, too many companies are becoming politicaly correct these days.
2) I'm going to move this to the Mobile DJ's forum, as it fits better there.
