Yea man...I think the last time we spoke...I Was in IRaq...now I'm in Kuwait...its much better than Iraq, but it still sucks....I been here for like a week and I already djing the Hip Hop Nights at the community center....I don't play around!!!

What up Hypnotiq...Just got done from the club. It wasn't that great tonight. I work on base and every body goes off base to party. It's a payday weekend too. Right now I haven't been able to get anything out of the usual stuff that Promo Only has and TheSourceForMusic. I also been buying alot of vinyl since I finally decided to invest in some Techs SL1210 mk2's. Nice nice decks . I'll be lookin out for some shout outs from you man. Be safe. whats up man....you ever decided to go off post to Spin?? it's way better...when I was stationed in Germany before I came here...I refused to work on post...number one there is no real money involved, and number 2....too many rules!! telling you what a DJ can play and cannot play...I'm an artist...I love to create music you know?? I can't have people telling me how to play. I can't be orginal. I played in all off post clubs in Germany...I was making a killing too!!!! but you should try it....OHHH by the way I was thinking about getting a subscription to Promo only, but they say you gotta show "proof" that you are a DJ...what do they mean by that? what kind off proof I can show them that I am a DJ??? I know it sounds like a stupiod question but it's real!!!!

To show proof I was a DJ I did and had access to two ways.
1. Business cards of your own
2. Sent copy of the business card of the guy I used to work for. You also sign a release saying you are a paid dj. You can use the business address of the club you work as well.

As far as off base spinning....it is really getting to that point where I need to do that. I really don't have many restrictions...other than my nights can never be called "Hip Hop Night"...too many fights in the past. The money does really suck though. Plus we are in San Diego and there is so much going on. I guess I'm caught up in some kind of job security thing. I'm there and don't want to start over. Well it is getting old with the declined attendance at the club. I have a few spots in mind so I may have to take you up on that idea.
