Alright then this question is for those who are open minded to listen to more than just what they personally like. However you would have to have some history of music going back to at least 80'-84' to the present when it comes to different types of music. Then you might be able to help with this question.

it's not like i dont listen to rap... ppl like 2pac, dre,dmx, troy etc etc i follow them like anyhting. I just prefer other artforms over it.

I like Missy Elliot. She good. I donno if she be considered a rapper. But I like her tone.

She really isn't rap though, she is a good entertainer, but not a rapper. I don't think it can ever really be decided who is the best female rap artist.
