just curious as to if anyone knows who made the high energy dance song "this is the time to rock", or it might be called "the time to rock"
or "this is the time for rock" or "the time for rock"
i am not very sure of the title but i do know it is high energy mainstream dance. i was just curious as to who the artist is.

is it new or old, male vocals or female? i need some more info to figure this one out
