Hey guys, just wondering if anyone on the board has had any experience with the turntables offered by american dj. I'm particularly interested in the TTB 2010 and to a leeser extent the ttd2500, cause of the great price i can get for them.

CAn anyone help??

I higly recommend you on the "ADJ Power Drive 2.2 Turntables". They are very high quality turntables that speak for themselfs.

Even though the 2010 is a belt drive TT it has a lot of torque, but if you have to have Direct Drive then go ahead and get the 2500. The power drive 2.2 that Skilz is talking about probably will not be available there for a couple of months.

Your right i haven't seen them advertised here. I prob wouldn't get them now anyway. I am starting out as a beginner so i want to spend a modest amount of money on my gear, but it still has to be decent. They wa i figure in one year i'm either gonna want to give it up, or i'll know its for me and then going to want to get the best gear available.

Thats really y i'm considering the TTB's. I was also wondering, how do they compare up to some of the other belt drive turntbales out there(like tt-1510's, xl-400ii's etc.)

Disco-Stu,
In my opinion the TTB-2010 has the highest torque of any of the Belt Drives that I have tried, but I always recomend that you try it for yourself if possible. What mixer are you using?
