I purchased a PS1 QMX bpm system approx. 16 months ago.It is an excellent system, lots of pro features for your hard earned dollars....I've practiced on the system often, but never got the control, response,or sound of a vinyl scratch;yes i can get some good scratches, but it seems to be more of an "effect",or sound altering performance. I've never tried a ps2,nor seen them in actual performance.Dose the scratching sound and feel more realistic on a ps2,what is this touch-sensitive jog wheel and how dose it differ from the ps1???What is accurate digital scratching 2.0,a program???Besides more effects...how dose the ps2 differ from the ps1?? Any correspondance will be greatly appreciated...

I've never used the PS1's, I have the PS2's. The scratching on the 2's is like real vinyl. The touch sensative jog is what helps this process. You touch it and it responds just as if you touched a record. Same goes for the scratching. As fast or slow, it will scratch with the different emphasis that you apply. If you do a scribble, baby scratch it all works just fine. The PS2's are a great value for the price hands down. Cool

djoldschool....,
You asked the same thing yesterday in the gear section. Please don't post the same thing across multiple boards.

Sorry dude.....really, i apologize, for posting twice. But,i didn't get much of a response in that forum;and before i drop my hard earned dollars,i like to hear what others, whom actually use that particular cd player have to say about it's performance....also,i did edit the message before reposting,so it wasn't exactly the same.Once again please accept my humble apology.
