hey everyone, my name is dj andrew from phoenix, arizona. Ive been in the game for over 2 years and im finally pimpin out with my pro scratches. I'm looking for a group of dj's or any dj's down here in phoenix to scratch some **** up with!! Im finally reaching the third dimension of scratching and mixing. BUT, im havin trouble with my crab scratching. Descriptions of this scratch SUCK!! Anywhere i look, i cant find a good one. SOOO, hook it up and tell me if u know how. Also email my ass if youre from PHOENIX!!

Ok, its really simple. Put your thumb on the fader and tense it up a little so it always pushes on the fader a little. Then run your fingers along the fader almost like a wave, so each finger pushes on the fader, and the thumb pushes it back. So it is like each finger has its own on/off. Now you can do this normal or "hamster" style, with the sound being slightly different for each. With normal style the sound basically comes in for brief moments, and is good for doing fast transform style scratching. If you do it hamster style then the scratch will end with the sound back on, and this is good for the fast Qbert style scratches you are probably trying to copy at this stage of your scratching.
