I have seen all those videos in which u scrach and all i can see wat you are doing in them but one video i cant seem to understand wat you were doing .. the video in which u play with the pitch slider and make that tune how did u do that and i want to practise that soo if i could get to know wat sample or track you were playing with it would be nice...
nyone else who has figured out wat skillz was doing in that video . please help

I just saw the whole video last night. sidebar: My jaw was dropped after seeing what could be done with the PS2!!

Anyway, I think I know how Skilz did that "guitar" type of effect you are referringto. It looks like he set the pitch slider to 100%. If you notice, there are times when there was no sound coming out to the speakers. The only way he could've cut the sound is by moving the pitch slider to -100%. Anyone care to confirm this?

I have no idea what track he was using, but I assume that you can get a similar sound from any kind of track since (1) the pitch slider increments are so large (if set at 100%) and (2) you move the slider in such a quick manner as Skilz did in the video.

i have been trying that from weeks and i cannot even get close to what he is doin there ! i turned on every effect n tried but didnt work!!
