Do you mean, is there tablature or 'sheet music' to represent the sounds and movements of scratching?

I've never seen anything like that. Would turntables be considered precussion?

Yeah, In this era of technology it can be done... Software that can capture sound and convert it to notes or sheet music. See DrumLine, the movie. Not Science Fiction, just Percussion Truth.

I dont think turntableism is that "exact" to where it could be put to somthing like sheet music.

I mean, when you play back a midi on a computer its not free, no delay, too prefect.

I dont think scratching should be a math problem like sheet music is. It should stay improv.
