J@cka$$, equinox and others have inspired me to post my first scratch attempt.
The beginning is a little rough, please listen all the way through, and let me know what you think.

I'm already working on a version "2". Smiler

If it doesn't work, go to http://nfdj.iuma.com and go to album 2, then Scratch the Circle.

Thanks,
Bill

Thanks guys!

The loop is 'Circles' by Soul Coughing. It's a catchy beat, something about it just hits me right. The samples are from some WAVs I downloaded and made into a CD. Which is my biggest 'problem' right now. I need to find better stuff to scratch. Most of the samples are too short, and I run out of 'room' to scratch.
But like the man says, "Practice, practice, practice!" Big Grin

Drew, it's cool. I won't tell. Smiler

Thanks! I'm working on version 2 now. The trickiest part is hitting the 'In' and 'Out' at just the right time (to set the loop up). Otherwise, I have to start all over again.
I guess I could 'cheat' and record the loop first, but what fun would that be?! And then I wouldn't be able to hit the Bop effect.

I'm also working on making some original beats and stuff using various computer programs, my synth, and a garden gnome. Watch for it!

Thanks for the love,
Bill
