Alright my bad on last topic Big Grin How about a top ten list, and you choose one top pick or top five picks for best DJ opener?

{1} R&B
{2] House
{3} Dance
{4} Disco
{5} Funk
{6} Jazz
{7} Soul
{8} Rock
{9} Rap
{10} Pop or top 40

You might say it would be a Battle of styles
for the Top Ten best openers for DJ's.

It really depends on the gig. For most weddings, after the B&G, Daddy/Daughter... dances, I usually do one slow one to open up the dance floor. Lady in Red is a favorite. After that, In The Mood is common for mixed crowds. In bars and elsewhere, anything goes.

for the past few events i've done which have been high school and middle school dances i've been constantly asked to play disco inferno by 50 cent. Seems to be one of my most requested songs right now. That's out here on the east coast though...

how about that Hanukah is hot song.... that song is pretty popular right now....
although, it was funny at first.. but now its just played out and is kinda boring.... but still kinda funny Confused Big Grin
