power on my Pro Mix controller is not coming on. Is there a Power button that I am missing or is there a secret on working it? Please Help!!!

did you check were you plugged it in is there power in the outlet?

check the manuel under setup

yes i have checked the power and the manuel and there is nothing in there. It just says that once computers power and pro mix power is on then you will see led lights that say linking .. I have the power plugged into the controller and the software in the computer but there still is nothing. I thought maybe I was missing something but maybe it's just a bad controller?

Do you have the controller plugged into the computer (linked)? Call Tech Support, and you may get better results posting this somewhere under one of the gear boards.
