I have been and around the music business since the late 80's...save for the last ten years or so...I ran a somewhat successful mobile DJ business for several years, until it grew into more than I wanted to deal with (karaoke UG.lol and a 4 hour set-up time) and I didnt really enjoy the direction that pop music was going. But I always kept the equipment, and played the occasional party...and I always enjoyed it, so I have decided to start the business back up. I spent some money making things simpler, and easier to set up. (and lighter.) lol
I have ordered imprinted pens and pencils, and am checking on getting some spots on a few local radio stations.
I would love to hear from other mobile DJ's...advice, horror stories, kewl stories, or whatever....bring it on. lol
