I want to make a professional looking and sounding contract but really don't know where to begin. After last week, I decided I need one. If anyone is willing to share thier contracts or offer any help to my cause, please reply or contact via MSN or Email. Both are in my profile. Thanks a million for any info you can give.

Yep, I use them. Required to for several reasons:
1. I like to get paid.
2. Insurance requires it.
3. I like getting paid.

I have one I can make available, plus some other demo ones. Actually, I borrowed alot of it from ROQ. Smiler
You should consult with a lawyer, however, with whatever you come up with. Every state has different rules & regulations.

I have one I can send you but I need your e-mail address. It doesn't show up in your public profile.

As Bill said, it's best to start with your lawyer.

Email is nem_k_9(at)hotmail(dot)com I have a lawyer to consult with, but I'd like to see what everyone else has, you know, so I know what to put in there so I don't get screwed. I mean, you guys have alot more experience with different situations that come up where your like, ahh shoot, wish I had a clause in the contract to cover that. My lawyer hasn't done anything with DJ'ing and I just want my arse covered.

<Edit: Sorry bad, just trying to protect you from spamming spiders. Replace at with the @ symbol and dot with .
