Can the fixtures in the visualizer be manipulated in a way to have them appear properly set up on the truss or even on the ground?? I added deluxe scan 250's to the visualizer but when they appear, they are kinda floating vertical and face down in the visualizer, I get how to move them up and down, back and forth to get them up to the truss, but can I flip the fixture up on the truss? same with the DJ Spot 250, the fixture appears upside down when added to the visualizer, as if it was mounted hanging on the truss, but I use mine on the floor (so i guess the way I use them is upside down?) but I want to be able to put them on the floor of the visualizer.

Of course you can. simply click on the dx, dy.dz sections and you can adjust the orientation of the fixture. here is a screen shot.

Great!!! That's what I'm looking for. But I'm just getting off the "short bus" and I can't seem to find he dx dz dy section ur talking about.... Where do I find that to click on it ?

It's right there on the pic ^^^^ you have to go to construction mode (hard hat button) and then click on your fixture tab and then open the folder for your fixturs and then you can place them using those buttons. "short bus" HA! funny! lol. let me know if you got it it or not. sincerely,

Also, when I tried to "import"obects it says that I can't in "limited mode"...what's limited mode?

yes u can click and drag the object around in the 3D viewer but however you cannot drag and drop files from the easy view library into the 3D visualizer.
you canot import 3D onjects on my dmx. it is not a feature that is available with my dmx. you will want to mouse over the gray box and it will say add objects. sincerely,

Ok...been using myDMX for quite sometime, but never really set up full scenes. I set up by just changing my intelligent and LED lights and such. BUT...trying the 3D Visualizer. I've seen tripods in some tutorials, but for the life me I can't find them in construction mode. I need some On-Stage stands along with some Global Truss stands. How or where do I find them?

Ok...found a truss. Not the kind I have but it will do. Now I put in (par64 led) and there isn't any color showing up in the visualizer. My intelligents work just fine showing color. Not sure what is up. Suggestions?

are you using 6 or 7 channel mode for your leds? Depending on the profile you may need to bring the dimmer channel up on the profile even tho it does not need to be for light output on the actual unit itself. its a software thing. BTW which truss are you looking for? We should have a LOT of truss available.

I was just trying to get it to work in the 3D Visualizer only. I did't have it hooked up to my LEDs at all. So I'm not sure what is up. I'll try it again today and see what happens. I have ST-132 Global Truss Stands with STSB-005 support bars and I also use the support bars for those truss stands. BTW my AMDJ LEDs PAR64s are 6 channel.
