I purchased MY DMX and last night set up my lights and programmed several scenes and everything worked perfect. This morning I can get the laptop to recognize the lights. Everything is still set up exactly as last night but the software runs the scenes, no lights respond.

when you open the program does it say usb mode or demo mode?
also if they are not responding try closing the program and unplugging the dongle and wait a few secs then re plug and re open the software. let me know how that works for you. sincerely,
