I was reading on some post that there are no plans for updating mydmx, just bug fixes and etc. I just ordered it and I don't want to end up with a product that has no plans of ever being updated. This is by far the easiest dmx software I used. I plan to use in a nightclub. With maybe 6-8 accuspots, 2 dataflashes, 1 martin scanner (had 2 but 1 fried), and accu UFO which I looking for a profile for.

From what I notice, when using the FX, the martin scanner and accuspots share the X and Y and some other channels. There a way to split this so I can control the effects of each channel of each fixture? If not, that could be a good update for the program.

Sounds like the fixtures aren't spread out enough and are overlapping channels. Not a MyDMX issue, sounds like an operator issue. Ensure no fixutres shares channels if it isn't like for like.

You cant really overlap channels in my dmx. the profiles will not stay on the universe grid if you try to drag and drop one on top of another. so if there are fixtures overlapping one another it would be on the actual units themselves. Just clarifying.
