I just purchased the MyDMX software and am loving it so far. I do however have one problem.

There was a similar question asked earlier but the response did not solve my problem.

When I am using the ADJ Par 64 LED profile and all of the channels are set at zero except Channel 1 (at 100%) - My ADJ Par 64 LED shows red (as it should) however the visualizer shows the fixture to be off (no beam showing). Jingles mentioned something about channel 7, but my fixture profile only uses 6 channels. This is NOT a PAR 64 LED PRO, it is simply an ADJ P64 (http://americandj.com/ProductDetails.aspx?Category=&ItemNumber=1558)

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you for your time!

Oh that would cause the way the profile was built it needs to have the dimmer up in order to see a beam in the viewer. So dont worry that is just a profile issue. Everything else should work fine. Just dont program just in the 3D. I'd if you do remember that issue. Sincerely,

Thanks for the quick response Jingles! Is there any way I can fix this issue by making adjustments to the fixture profile? Being that most of my fixtures are P64 LEDs it is important for me to see them in the visualizer.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You would have to get rid of the dimmer channel on the profile. Do you have the pro's or EEG p64 led? Let me know. Sincerely,
