I have been searching for software DMX control and have heard alot of good things about MyDMX. Unfortunately, your download doesn't work. I downloaded the zip file and when I try to extract, I get a "File header damaged" error message and it aborts. Your link at the bottom of this forum leads to a "page not found" error.

yes i apologize for this inconvenience. we are working on getting the file to execute after download, it may work on monday. it had worked before but we updated the software and we are releasing an update. if you want me to i can mail you out a copy CD of the my dmx software free of charge. let me know. I think whoever was supposed to replace the file failed to get it done today. Mondays suck. No big deal.

Woo hoo! Party time! Install will preserve an user made profiles even if in existing/pre-existing directories, so an install over the old is completely safe. Or rather, "as it should be".

Had to reload my show, but I expected that. Will go through my tests later on.

Can't say I notice anything different but I've only been running it for 2 minutes.

Ya if you made your own custom profiles and you save to the same file path as you orgianlly installed it. but if you want to just to fell safer move the files onto the desktop and then simply put them back. and no you wont see anything new its was just bug fixes so it should run smoother. but if anybody has any problems or crashes let me know ASAP. sincerely,

Just purchased my software - but out of the box it's not the newest version I see. I clicked on the link above so that I could update it, but it's a bad link.

Can someone let me know how I go about updating my software. Also, if I don't - will I have problems for an upcoming show on Saturday?

go to the ADJ homepage and find the mydmx link just a little below on the page and once you get to the product page and click on the my dmx software link. That is the bug fix version. Let me know of you need anything else. Sincerely,
