Hi,

I've just loaded the mydmx software on to my HP laptop running Vista 32 and the response of the programe is very slow eg just clicking the minimise button takes about a minute for it to respond. I've tried stopping other programmes and running in compatibilty mode, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

vista 32 should run fine. how did you install the software? web? or disc? if you installed from the web did you extract the file from the .ZIP folder to the dekstop or run the .exe from within the .zip folder? Let me know.

I think I ran the installed directly from the zip file without extracting first.
