Ok so I have VMWare loaded up on my MacBook and I’m trying out the demo, so far, so good but I'm having a couple issues.

I have all my fixtures loaded in but I’m having issues with my PRO 64 Led’s and my DJ PRO EX’s. The only way I can get any light out of them in the virtualizer is if I have them strobbing. If I open the shutter I don’t get anything. I have 2 Performance Scans and those are working fine in the virtualizer.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Chris

Apple is pretty much officially saying "don't use VMWare".

There you go.

I have no issues with my 64 LED Pros in the 3D Visaulizer when running MyDMX on my MacBook Pro, usng Boot Camp 2.1 and XP Home with SP 3.

Ensure your master dimmer fader is UP. That should help. The 64 LED Pro uses 3 channels for RGB mixing, plus a 4th channel for overall dimming. I like this because it lets you keep your color while adjusting intensity. Yes, you do get some color shifting, but it's the nature of LED technology.

OK so it's working on the LED's, I did try that before. But the DJ Scan EX's are not. I can only get the shutter to open when strobing. The dimmer open is DMX channels 8-15 and 248-255 when I use those it shuts the light off.

My experience with the Color Fusions gave me an awakening and preparation for dealing with the 64 LED Pros.

Oops, another bad profile. Another fixed profile. Cool. Always good to see the product being properly supported!

Could you please email that updated profile for the DJ Scan 250 EX as well?
