In one day I have had two myDMX USB devices fail. The first no longer shows a green USB light or a DMX green light. But it does show a red power light. The other one shows red power, green USB light and a steady green DMX light. (should be a flashing green light) These units are brand new, and stopped working within a few hours of being installed. Any thoughts on what may have caused this?

hello. Sorry you having trouble with the device. I have no idea what could cause this. What are some of the specs to your computer. Are they USB 2.0 ports? Also you had two of these units handy? I'll look into this issue. Sincerely,

I will find out the specs...the computer belongs to an NBC TV station, it is a Dell lap top. It only has one USB port. I had two since I am a dealer and sold these to them. We are running 43 Elation LED Bricks off the software. Simple color washes on the set, back lighting thru duratran.
