after I download the 64 bit driver I don't know how to install it can someone explain me how thanks

once I unzip it there is no installer or is there a software that will do that cuz there is no installer

also I did right click than install but I got the massage the inf file you selected does not support this method of installation

ok guys never mind I got it to work after 1/2 searching for answers I did 1-donwload the driver 2-unzip 3-install it manually go here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927524 it will tell how to install a driver manually 4-download this http://www.studio42.com/mydmx/myDMX64bit.zip unzip it copy the two files into mydmx folder 5-open your adj program and enjoy hope it will help others thanks

Jingles, if there is some official documentation or Nando has pointed out the "official procedure", I think his last posting at 11:46AM should be maybe formatted a bit and make a sticky or something like that. I think we're going to see this question and this solution come up more and more frequently.

i just installed these drivers on my desktop, but it just doesnt seem to work. I tried to patch a new show, with mone moving head and it just doesnt load any of the channels. With shows that I have already programmed, the light does not respond, and in blackout, the light looks like its shaking.

ADJ without the hardware starts and functions fine, but just doesnt want to work with the hardware.

Any one else have this problem? Any possible solutions? BTW everything works fine on my Dell 5400 laptop.

My system is 32 bit? Is there place for the 32 bit driver or any way I can completely wipe the drivers on my desktop and install them again?
