i'm new usear for mydmx. i want to know if mydmx work with Stand-Alone Operation (Sound Active) or work this opperation with secondary device? thank you

Hello and welcome! what your talking about is really 2 completely different things. stand alone mode in itself means no DMX. HOWEVER if you lights go into a sound active mode via a DMX value on one of there channel then that will kinda work. as far as a secondary device goes u can use midi with my dmx but it is a very basic type of midi control. let me know if you have any more questions. for pars you just simply need a dimmer pack and connect it in your dmx line. Think of your dimmer pack as its own "fixture" but it controls your pars. That make sense? Sincerely,

sir i have 6 DP-DMX20L but there is no menu for DP-DMX20L in mydmx software how to control DP-DMX20L by using mydmx thank you.

AH sorry forgot it was a MY DMX thread simply go into the generic folder and select generic dimmer. it should be just a 1 channel profile and add as many of those for as many pars you have. and you can even re name them later on once they are added to the software. another thing is make sure the generic par profiles match the channels that you are using with the DP-DMX20L. can i use ADJ mydmx with compu live software

if you already have a compu interface it will run the my dmx software, but you cannot run compu software on the my dmx interface. Sincerely,
