If you have one of the new Mac's you can break it up in half and use some of if it for Windows and run Paralles or a program like it. Jason Bovshow American DJ Tech Support Team |

Doesn't quite work that way,
Plus, I wouldn't trust Parallels. Boot Camp 2.1 works great. I strongly recommend it. I have the MacBook Pro 17" Intel Core Duo with the 2.66GHz CPU and the 250Gig HD. I "split it" in half and intsalled XP Home on the PC side. You can select a default boot (I chose PC) and you can select by holding down OPTION on restart/start-up which OS you want. You can always change your default. Only caution: Must have an XP Install that includes SP2 on it, or Vista. DOES NOT work with 2KPro or 2K Server or 2003 Server. Other than that, been one of the most stable PC's I've ever had! And get MacDrive. Trust me on that. If you get a MacBook and run PC on it, get MacDrive! -- Chris Pickett, Studio42 916-601-7089 http://www.studio42.com Anti Spam Advocate: http://www.studio42.org |
