Hello all

Using Windows Xp. Could someone tell if I'm doing something wrong? First of all,the software that came in the box doesn't appear. I had to download it from the ADJ site. Loaded it once and it worked for a while them suddenly stopped working. Reloaded it twice in two days because it fails to communicate with the interface.Stays in demo mode as though its not connected. I've checked everything immagineable.I even hooked up my Obey 10 and it worked with my rig with no problem.

Now I'm trying to load it again and the drivers don't seem to be loading off the exe file that I downloaded. is there another way to load the drivers? the software loads but no driver . Has anyone experienced this? It hasn't even been two days since I had this and I quite frustrated. Someones help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using xp 32 bit or 64? Also so you know how to use device manager to force the drivers onto the interface?

I'm using 32 bit I believe. its windows softpack 2. By the way< I got it to load but its still not communicating with the interface. Do you think its still a driver problem?

Hi...Im having the same problem with my interface, it worked for the longest time and then all of the sudden I cant get MyDMX to recognize the interface. Any ideas?

Try a USB cable. If that doesnt work and you have tried the drivers many times You can send it to our service dept.

Yep, it was the old USB cable. I switched it out with another and it seems fine.

I am having issues patching fixtures...myDmx loads in USB mode but wont allow for me patch any fixtures. Red is steady and the other two are flashing. Any suggestions?
