I'm completely new about the "dmx world" and I need a big help from you!!!
I have number 4 new X-Move Led and I control them with usb/dmx and Daslight Virtual Controller 2: I found a ssl preset in the scan library but it seems not to be completely right!
So, I tried to make one on my own with the Scanlibrary editor but I need a detailed list of the parameters I have to use!
Can anybody help me???

That would be the user manual that you would need to look at for the detailed list of parameters. i ca email you our SSL file for the x move. it works with our my dmx program and if your daslight is a .SSL type program then it should work. Whats your email?

Hi, thanks for sending me the file!

I do have some issues but I think it's my X-Move which is faulty and that's the reason why I wanted to test the unit with a DMX controller.

My X-Move's color wheel does not seem to work properly. On the built-in show modes, the color wheel does never show one full color at a time, each time it switches color, I end up with something between two colors and a black separator between them.

Thomann's support team told me to try in DMX mode and I just did it. I hardly can display many of the colors when trying to send values from 0 to 255. From 0 to 150 I get a few colors like Yellow or Light Blue, Light Green and Pink but after that I get the automatic color change mode which by the way never pauses on a full color either.

First I thought it needed some calibration so I tried to customize the .ssl file so as to send the right values for the colors, but I can only set two or three of them correctly.

Do you think I should send this back for service or do all the units have the same problem because of the technology used to switch between colors (color-wheel). I have had other devices using color wheels but I didn't have those issues.
