My beloved starball broke it's belt last weekend. Anyone know where to get another one? Or is there a common fix for it? Thanks !!

I think this is the part you are looking for:

Starball Belt

Even so, double check to make sure. Either visit the Parts site or call Service. In my case, I'd do both.

If it's the right part, it's only $3.00. Let's hope that's all your beloved Starball needs to get back up and functional. I also suspect that if you already know the belt has broken, you've disassembled the fixture. I always encourage users to make their own repairs, it's a good skill to have.

Let us know how your repair goes.

I admire the creativity and ability to improvise, but I definately think you're wise to go ahead and spring for the $3 belt.

You know, to make this a better deal for you, you might want to consider any additional parts to have in inventory, like say stock up on bulbs for your favorite fixtures. ADJ charges a flat $8 for shipping. I am going to order one of the kits for trusses just to have spares and parts I need to make my trusses as tooless as possible.
