Last week I buy/install a Titan 250 and its works great. But last Sunday the bulb burn out after 3 nights of intermittent use. Yesterday I replace the bulb and works fine, but when after turning off the unit and minutes later turned on again the bulb was burn out again. The Titan is near and A/C outlet and I was thinking if the rapid change of temperature when switching from on to off can make the light fail.

did u replace the bulb with your bare hands? if so the oils from your fingers shorten the life of the bulb.
