OK, so I'm doing an event and one of my 64 LED Pros fail on me. Crap!! Don't to 7. Nothing I can do. Down to 7 for the event.

So, after a couple of weeks, I do call service. But let's check a few things first:

After the failure, I discover the outlet is dead at the facility. Was trying to troubleshoot the power cable and power strip. Ended up having to flip power around the building via a long extension to get lighting. Ugh.

Problem? Fuse blown. I call service. I get Lee, who confirms what I needed to hear: fast blow fuse. Thanks Lee!! You da man!

Anyhow, I go about town trying to find like for like fuses. Sure, i could go 250-watt 1/2 amp, but I want 125watt 1 amp, just like is in there. No luck.

I drive around for 2 hours FAILING to find the fuses.

My mistake? Didn't go to parts to just order them. I hit up the web site and ordered 10 of them after-hours. This was Tuesday, June 9. On Friday, June 12, UPS delivers a box WAY too big for 10 fuses. The fuses were stuck into a little ziplock back and then stuffed into this inflated clear plastic packing sheeting. Trust me guys, the fuses got here safe.

Stuck in the new fuse, powered up the light: problem resolved. No need to send my fixture off for repairs.

What the hell are these other people whining about? I suspect a lot of just flat out fiction being created.

ADJ: Thank you. That's why I stick with you as a company.

Hi Chris,

I can back up your experience of service from ADJ. However, my dealings were with the guys in the European arm in the Netherlands.

One of my MegaBar LED units developed a fault in the DMX module. The diplay was flickering and kept losing the signal.

I mailed the tech guys in Holland and I received a reply within a few hours. They said they would send me a new module if I wanted to fit it, or they could arrange for the unit to be uplifted for repair.

As I have plenty of experience with lighting, I said I would fit it.

The new part was with me in 2 days and at no charge.

Superb service from ADJ.
