I have a problem with a revo scan, 4 red leds are on when all leds must be off (black out).
These 4 red leds are always on, even when the scan is checking! Why? thanks!

How are you using the fixure? Are you using it "stand alone"/ "audio"? Or are you using it with a DMX controller? They normally should not stay on like that. There could be something wrong internally. I would want to trouble shoot this with you, when you get a chance please call me 800-322-6337 ext. 564, between the hours of 8-4:30 pacific standard time.

I se it by audio and by dmx. In all modes this leds are always on.Can be of any broken condenser of the lamp board? thanks. for me it too expensive call to the foreign contries sorry

Parece que si hay algo malo con tu luz. de una forma se tronaron los puntos que permiten el disminuir la intensidad de esos LEDS en particular. tu unidad tendria que ser enviada a reparacion. Las partes tendrian que ser ordenadas desde Estados Unidos.
