I have two crank 2 systems that I would like to get t-bars for. The dealer I work with says that AMDJ doesn't make them anymore and nothing else will fit. Is this true?

Thanks

Thank you so much for your reply, Sergio. I've had a hell a time trying to find someone who has these.

Thanks again,

DJ Mac

I ordered a pair a while back from ADJ for my two Crank-2 stands.

I recently purchased 4 LTS-2 stands. It includes the T-Bar. I'm using those for my 64B LED Pros, mainly since I don't feel like taking around my Crank-2 stands. At the end of the night, the weight starts to become a different issue!

ADJ ships fast too, so you'll get it pronto. Good guys over there.

Thanks for the info, Chris.

Do you know where I could find a pair of bags for my crank-2 stands? Or what, if any, other bags ADJ makes would fit these stands?

Thanks,

DJ Mac

I have been unable to find bags for my Crank-2 stands.

I have 6 Ultimate Tele-Lock TS90 stands, and I got 3 Sound On Stage stands that hold this perfectly but the bags are too short for the Crank-2.

The Arriba AC-150 cases(I think) are also too short for this application.(Crank-2 stand)

What I like about the Crank-2's are they are STEEL and large and heavy. What I don't like is that they are heavy and at night, well, you know what tear-down is like after an event!

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is an off-the-shelf bag that fits this. Might be better off finding a fiber-type drum hardware case so you can slide the top up/down to fit, but I think that would be hard to find since drum hardware tends to break down very nicely.

Let's see if ADJ makes some recommendations. My Crank-2 stands are currently sidelined right now because the LTS-2 stands weigh less, but I'm sort of heading back to the Crank-2's because they go up and down easier on their own. I mainly us the Crank-2's for my 15-foot I-beam truss, which I intend to replace with 15-feet of DuraTruss later on.

I to have the Crank-2 system and it has been a workhorse for me. But one of the winches needs some TLC, is there a replacement part or do you have get another complete tripod?

Depends on the part. I don't see a whole lot available as far as inner workings on the mechanism.

You might see about tenderly taking yours apart and documenting HOW you did that so you can examine what exactly the issue is.

Other than that, I think a call to support might give you some insight. I'm sure they've seen it all before.
