I just purchased the Rope Light Controller RL-101 and it is not working. It does not chase! When I turn it to Forward Chase, it is stuck on Light #1. When I turn it to Reverse Chase, it is stuck in Light #3. When I move it to Sound Chase, it sticks on Light #1 again. Any ideas - or do I have a bad unit!!!!!
